A | जेएनएफ, जागरण, जम्मू। फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट, जम्मू के पीठासीन अधिकारी अमरजीत सिंह लंगेह ने छह वर्षीय बच्ची के साथ दुष्कर्म के मामले में आरोपित को दोषी करार दिया है। कोर्ट 30 अगस्त को अब आरोपित सोहन सिंह उर्फ सोनू की सजा की घोषणा करेगी।,कोर्ट में पुलिस की ओर से पेश मामले के अनुसार 2 मई 2015 को पीड़ित बच्ची अपने घर से एक दुकान पर प्याज लेने के लिए गई थी। इस दौरान आरोपित बहलाफुसला कर उसे अपने साथ खेत में ले गया था और उसका मुंह अपने हाथ से बंद कर उससे दुष्कर्म किया था। बच्ची की चिखोपुकार को सुन कर उसके पिता मौके पर पहुंचे थे।,बच्ची के पिता को देख कर आरोपित सोहन वहां से भाग गया, जबकि बच्ची खून से लथपथ थी। बच्ची की स्वास्थ्य जांच करवाई गई और वह एक माह तक अस्पताल में भर्ती रही थी। मेडिकल और फोरेंसिक रिपोर्ट में उससे दुष्कर्म होने की पुष्टि हुई थी।,यह भी पढ़ें- लद्दाख में फंसे 40 पर्वतोरोहियों को आपदा प्रतिक्रिया दल ने बचाया, नुन कुन चोटी के पास बर्फीले तूफान में फंसे इसके अलावा कोर्ट में बच्ची के पिता के अलावा एक पोल्ट्री फार्म के मालिक ने भी आरोपित के विरुद्ध कोर्ट में गवाही दी। हालांकि, आरोपित के वकील ने इस मामले को झूठा बता कर उसे फंसाने की बात कोर्ट में कही थी, लेकिन कोर्ट ने इस दलील को खारिज करते हुए आरोपित सोहन सिंह को बच्ची से दुष्कर्म का दोषी करार दिया। कोर्ट ने कहा कि आरोपित के विरुद्ध पुख्ता सबूत है, जो उसे दोषी करार देने के लिए काफी है,
उच्च न्यायालय ने पीएसए हिरासत को किया रद
